Better late than never once again for this blog post; little over a week ago Palace Skateboards brings us "BEYOND THE 3RD WAVE" their newest heavy hitter of a video, which see's seasoned AMs Kyle Wilson and Charley Birch turn Pro.
Kyle's style is second to none at the moment and this video part truely cements it. Charlie also has an inanely deep bag of tricks with and end section spanning nearly a fifth of the entire video. Well deserved from the newly turned pro's on the team.
The rest of the Palace team turns up too with some banging clips from the likes of Rory Milanes, Danny Brady, Chewy Cannon, Heitor De Silva, and plenty more even some new and old faces.
Bits to watch for, all of Kyles part, mainly the ollie over the train lines and the switch heel over the ledge/manny pad nex to the stairs at southbank. Heitor just style, all the time, great to watch, bonus Shawn Powers bits for anyone whos still interested in him and Charlies end section that just doesn't quit. Rails get chomped.
As per usual the music with Palace was a mixed bag and for a skateboard video you'll either love it or hate it, although it felt a little like I was back in my parents car in the 90's with the radio on with the likes of Drive by The Cars, Nothing Compares to you by Sinead O'Connor and On the Ragga Tip by SL2, so not their worst turn out for song choice.
